Principal Consultant / Director
Julius is a high valued Business & IT Consultant with over 22 years of experience in change, transformation, and programme management delivery across several industries while helping clients to understand and deliver corporate strategy and objectives.
A driven, passionate and dynamic leader, focused on delivering excellence and empowering clients and businesses to maximise their operational efficiency, drive their profitability and transform their productivity.
As a seasoned life coach and trainer, Julius holds a Masters Degree in International Business, He is also a Certified Project Manager and an IIBA Business Analyst Practitioner with Certificates in Process Modelling, Requirement Engineering, IT Service Management (ITIL) and Software testing.

DERIN OGUNMOLA
Senior Consultant (Human Rescource)
Derin is an experienced HR Consultant about 20 years hands-on experience.
A graduate of Philosophy with a Masters’ Degree in International Studies from University of Leeds, UK, Derin spent a significant part of her consulting years with the international firm of repute, PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC). She is a Certified, Personnel and Job Analyst.
Derin has had substantial consulting experience in Setting-Up HR Departments, Executive Search and Selection, HRIS/SaaS Deployment, Organizational Restructuring, HR Transformation, Change Management,
Human Resource Consulting, Project Team Leadership etc.

GBENGA OLAREWAJU
Senior Consultant (Strategy & Business Dev.)
Gbenga is a Lean-Agile certified IT Consultant, with a drive to helping organisations achieve there strategic objectives through the adoption of efficient operational processes and the ruthless elimination of waste.
With over 17 years of partnering with organisations such as TransUnion, TruNarrative, JP Morgan Chase and American Express, he has
worked across a broad range of functional specialisations, industry sectors, leading Business Process/Change Management to re-engineer core organisational processes, streamline operations as well implement their BPM Centre of Excellence teams.
Gbenga holds a Masters degree in Product Management as well as certifications in Business
Process Modelling, Systems Analysis and Requirements Engineering.

LAWRENCE OKAFOR
Associate Consultant
Lawrence is an experienced and certified
Business Analyst with over 10 years practical experience.
Lawrence has a hands-on experience in Business Process Reengineering, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Gathering and Gap Analysis, Logistics Service Delivery, Change Management, Campaign Management and Contract Administration.
A graduate of Petroleum Engineering with a
Masters’ Degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, Manchester, Lawrence has spent his entire career working within the operations division in organisations both in the private and public sector Internationally.
He is a certified Agile Scrum Master, a Chartered in Procurement and Supply and Drilling Fluids Engineer.

ALBERT SADIKU
Associate Consultant
Albert is an experienced Business/Procurement analyst with about 8years hands-on experience working with the UK government Department of
Works and Pension, HSBC, WCS Group-Marlowe PLC before joining Jaylin Consulting, Albert has helped to develop and evaluate functional and non-function requirements that meet clients need.
He was fundamentally instrumental in delivery the simplification and enhancement of the ID&V process, and process for updating customer information for HSBC as well as working with key stakeholders to strategize and implement digital strategy.
A graduate of Economics with a Masters’ Degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Salford, UK). He is also a Certified Business Analyst, Agile Scrum Master and Chartered in Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
